  • Do I need to be Indigenous to take this course?

    Everyone is welcome to take this course. No prior experience or prerequisites are required to take part successfully.

  • What materials do I need?

    You can complete the course on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. You will be provided with an additional workbook that will create space for introspection and reflection for each chapter of the course. You will need to log in again each time to access the course materials. Please note the course is best viewed using Chrome or Firefox.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept secure payments of Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Pay Pal and you can purchase payment plans through Affirm or Klarna.

  • What if I have tax exemption?

    If your organization is exempt from HST or GST please contact us to verify your status and remove tax from your purchase.

  • How long will I have access to the course?

    There is no time limit to complete the course and you will continue to have access to course materials upon completions and certification.

  • What types of assignments and/or assessments are included?

    Throughout the course, you will encounter prompts for reflection on the knowledge shared with you. Use the provided workbook as a safe space to document your thoughts. Additionally, knowledge retention checks are included to support your learning journey.

  • What if I experience any technical issues?

    If you are experiencing and technical issues with the course, contact us to help support.

  • What support is available during the course?

    We recognize that this work can bring forward a lot of emotion. Within the course you will be able to download a list of resources from across Turtle Island to help you if you are unsafe or suspect someone you know is unsafe.
